Great Britain's women played the first of two official capped matches at Bisham Abbey this afternoon.
In an evenly balanced first half, China took a lead in the 14th minute with a fine penalty corner strike from their captain Baorong Fu. China dominated the second half and scored a second early in the second half, again from a penalty corner, the scorer being Ye Ren.
Great Britain won a series of penalty corners towards the end of the game from which Crista Cullen found the net. Final score: 2-1 to China.
