The Dutch club HGC took the second semi-final place in the EuroHockey League this afternoon and guarantee that the final rounds will be played in the Netherlands. In a tight match against local side Terrassa, HGC went one behind early in the match but were eventually able to equalise. A late penalty stroke gave them the match. Final score 2-1.
Reading, the last remaining British club in the competition, play Rotterdam tomorrow afternoon for the right to play in the semis.
