FOURTEEN GOAL CANNOCK STORM TO TOP

Cannock’s steller start to the season took one more step forward this afternoon when they scored their fourteenth goal of the season in their 7-1 win over Bowdon. They go ahead of East Grinstead on goal difference after the Sussex side won their encounter with Loughborough Students 3-2. The possible front-runners in league all meet each other early in the season and Beeston again found themselves again facing fellow challengers for the top. On this occasion it was last year’s champion’s, Reading, with each coming away from the match with one point from a 2-2 draw. Newly promoted Southgate stay on zero points after a 2-3 defeat by visitors, Surbiton, but the table is currently being propped up by Havant, who went down 0-2 to Hampstead and Westminster.

Sorry we have no scorers for you but for some reason we have not received the information from the agency that provides details to the press.
