East Grinstead are the English indoor champions after beating Beeston 8-5 in the Super Sixes at Wembley Arena,
Beeston were behind from an opening minute strike by David De Prez, and although they equalized twice, East Grinstead’s superior reserve strength saw them through to a confortable victory.
De Prez added a couple more goals and there were braces for Barry Middleton and Niall Stott. Adam Dixon, who was devastating, scored a couple for Beeston who had reached the final beating Reading on penalties.
