Bowdon Hightown, the holders who trounced Leeds 16-0 in the second round on Sunday, next meet newcomers to the English League, Taunton Vale.
Slough, last season’s beaten finalists, have been drawn against first division side Trojans whom they beat 8-0 in the 2003 semi-finals.
Leicester, the English League champions, will play National North side, Whitley Bay, for the first time.
